Although we try to keep it simple, as with everything there is some paperwork involved and a process that we have to go through to get you into your new place.

Finding the right apartment

Use our website to see what takes your fancy, you can email or phone us to arrange a viewing of anything you’ve seen at a time to suit you or ask us to or recommend alternatives you may have missed.

Once we know exactly what you’re looking for we’ll arrange to meet you at a location of your choice

The viewing

We’ll meet you at your chosen place in one of our cute, bright and unmissable minis. We’ll whizz you around Leeds showing you as many apartments as possible so that you get a good idea of what’s on offer and so that you have plenty to choose from…

Making some decisions

Once you’ve found the apartment of your dreams its time to make an offer.  All you need to do is give us a call, tell us when you would ideally like to move in, how long you think you’d like to stay and we’ll call the landlord and make it happen.
