Insurance
As part of our commitment to both tenants and landlords we insist that tenants have adequate insurance cover for the duration of the tenancy.
Unfortunately if you do not or cannot arrange cover we reserve the right to decline the tenancy.
Satisfactory cover is not limited to one provider, you are free to obtain your own cover from your desired provider. We can make suggestions of companies who provide adequate cover, however, we insist that you take time to read both the terms and conditions of your provider and the policy terms prior to agreeing cover.
