Once the tenancy details have been agreed its time to get the nasty bit over and done with. You’ll need to fill in your application form and return it to us along with payment of your referencing fee and your bond in order to secure the property.

Making payment

We’ll need immediate payment of your referencing fee and bond in order to secure the property. You can make payments via our website, your own internet banking or over the phone.

You can also send a cheque but we can’t proceed until the funds have cleared our account so sending a cheque could mean it takes just that bit longer.

You could pay cash into the bank, that’s quick, but so is using our on-line payment facility as long as you pay with a debit card, funds should be clear immediately, credit cards take a little longer.

Remember, we can only start running your references once your payment has cleared.

Please also note that due to changes in the law, as letting agents we no longer hold your deposit. Once you’ve moved in we’ll forward your money to the government custodial scheme called the The Deposit Protection Service who will look after it until you come to move out.
