Landlords - Landlords - Tenant find only

After we have found a tenant for your nest it’s up to you to oragnise the check in and check out as well as the day to day management. However, we can do it if you want, we’ll leave it up to you to decide.

Our tenant find only service includes:

  • All marketing activity
  • Accompanied viewings
  • A thorough tenant referencing procedure
  • Preparation of the check-in documents including the Tenancy Agreement
  • Collection of the first month’s rent and bond
