- Maintenance charge (or service charge)
- The cost of repairing and maintaining external or internal communal parts of a building charged to the tenant or leaseholder. This charge is usually levied in flats and small to large scale developments.
- Maisonette
- A property arranged over more than one floor (ie: a portion of the house).
- Managing Agent
- A professional person or company responsible under an agency agreement for the maintenance and management of the property.
