Fixtures & fittings
All non-structural items included in the purchase of a property, such as electrical and mechanical goods attached to a property. These are normally attached to the property so are deemed to be part of it.
Flexible mortgage
This describes a mortgage that offers flexibility over how you pay it off. A flexible mortgage could allow you to pay off your mortgage early or make overpayments, for example.
Flying freehold
Where part of a freehold property is over (or under) another freehold property.
